Minkaa Daisy Attachments:

All Original Set’s and Attachments will have a 30 day exchange policy. This will include exchanging for an equal valued jewelry piece from Minkaa Daisy Lockets and More LLC.

Pieces being exchanged must have a claim sent to Info@minkaadaisy.com with the Order Number, Name, Address and phone number on or before the 30th day after purchase was made. Please include pictures and detail of what happened to the jewelry product.

We are not responsible for chipped or scratched pieces including plating or stones, as this will only happen if the product is dropped or thrown.

Fashion & Demi Fine Jewelry:

All Fine Jewelry will have a 30 day exchange policy. This will include a full refund for pieces with all tags still attached or an in house credit from Minkaa Daisy Lockets and More LLC.

A claim to exchange/return any Fine Jewelry product must be sent to Info@minkaadaisy.com with the Order Number, Name, Address and phone number on or before the 30th day after purchase was made.

Clothing:

All clothing will have a 30 day exchange/return policy. This will include exchanging for an equal valued piece of clothing from Minkaa Daisy Lockets and More LLC.

All items being Returned MUST be NEVER worn with all tags still attached.

Any clothing item with a defect within the first 30 days is subject to an exchange of an equal valued clothing item.
