SHIPPING

Domestic Orders:

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. 

All Shipped Items should arrive within 3-5 business days after order is processed. *Due to shipping delays this time may be longer*

International Orders:

All Shipped Items should arrive within 10-20 business days after order is processed. *Due to shipping delays this time may be longer*

Return Policy

Tagged, unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Minkaa Daisy Lockets and More LLC within 15 days of receipt of product with all tags still intact. Select Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product.

All E-Gift Card sales are final.

To exchange an item please email info@minkaadaisy.com with your Order Number, Name, Address and phone number for a label to be sent to you. Please Also include the item you would like to replace your exchange with so a new invoice can be emailed when the item being exchanged has returned to the facility.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed.  Return processing begins after your package has arrived at our facility. For any questions concerning returns or exchanges, please contact customer service at info@minkaadaisy.com
